Hello, I wonder if anyone can give me some guidance. I would like to add a small en-suite (mains-fed shower and basin) to a bedroom. I am fairly confident on my DIY ability, but I have a slight nagging doubt about one thing..... I would like to take the hot feed for the basin from the hot pipe just after it exits the HWC. My plan is to add a tee into the pipe then take the new pipe down to floor level, then out through the wall into the en-suite area and back up to the basin. The hot tap will be lower than the top of the HWC. I've added an image with the proposed pipe in red (though not entirely sure if I uploaded it correctly. My question is, does anyone see any potential problem with this?
