From my previous post about my hot water not being so hot.. It would appear that the valve that I turn to adjust the temp of the hot water has seized.

Kindly, someone has obviously tried to turn the valve to adjust with their water pump pliers and squished it all out of shape... (see pic). The plastic dial which should slot onto it was just dangling off, i'm thinking at some point over the years, it once was round..lol, kinda oblong now... and still, not budging

I have tried some WD-40 to try and free up the valve but no good, so it has been suggested that a new valve is in order. How difficult a job is this and where would I get one from please..??

Regards

Dougie
