Hot water but no central heating.

Hi,

I recently had a Ferroli Optimax boiler installed and also had my timer changed. The boiler heats up the hot water but goes into delay just when the central heating is about to kick in. I have also noticed that the room thermostat appears to be inactive as I do not hear the click when you turn it up.

I have a water tank in the attic; the thermostat for the hot water tank is Honeywell L641A1005; a Honeywell F9-9724 valve; a Celsia multi-head pump; and a total of 7 radiators in a 3 bedroom house.

Please advise what could potentially be wrong and what action I need to take.
