Hot water but no heating?

I have a Worcester 24CDI combi boiler which is about 4 years old. I need to remove some radiators to have some plastering done. In addition I need to add a couple of radiators so the radiators will be off for a few days. Will I still be able to have hot water??

You can't do what I think you mean.
You'll need to refill the system with water, with pipes capped or whatever. The boiler has to be full though you'll only need one rad working, in case it needs to dump heat somewhere.
You don't have to turn the CH on of course!

Thanks ChrisR.. Judging by your location I am sure you wouldnt mind having some heat dumped on you!!
