hot water dripping from tap

Hi guys
iv just fitted a mixer tap into the kitchen noticed a drip. Disconnected hot and cold pipes no water comes through the isolators when off. But when they were connected if the hot was on then it dripped.
Any ideas where I should be looking I took some pics of thr tap.

If 1/4 turn there may be some grit or something in the cartridge.

I took the end off and it still drips from here.. I dont know how to take any more off or whats behind the mess and washer..?

As previously said. Cartridge/ cartridges are passing. If it is a new tap, then it should be under warranty, so call the manufacturer. If it is out of warranty you will still need to contact the manufacturer for replacement cartridges.

Where is the cartridge.? In the last picture I put on you can see a rubber washer and some mesh. Is tgat it? i dont know how to rake it off

the cartridge is attached to the lever you use to turn it on and adjust the temp.

I know the tap is different to yours but the principle is the same.
