Hot water for 2-3 minutes then runs cold? Please help!

hi there

can anyone advise me on this please? I have a saunier duval combi boiler. The water in the bathroom sink and bath runs hot for 2 or 3 minutes but then starts to run cold.

I always have plumbing problems just before christmas so this year i seem to have kept up the tradition!
Please help me!!

I don't know the model. It's quite old but again i don't know the age. is there anywhere i could fin out the model? It isn't on the saunier duval site?

please tell me it hasnt got a brown or grey front panel

if you can find the data plate its on there usually preceded by theilia (no i havent got a lisp)

I found it

It's a 8Type S 620 F

(There is a screw-type-thing in between the 'S' and the '6' sothere may be an extra digit in there?

The front panel is white and the sides are grey.... I'm hoping this is a good thing?

ok got the colour scheme wrong
try moving the summer /winter lever to mid pos
if it works you need a diaphram in the water section (dont use hers ) or a descale

I flicked the lever to summertime and then back to winter and ran half a bath of hot water! It seems to be working now!

I'm hoping this means i don't need a diaphragm (or can at least put if off until January)
