I need some help, I own a multifamily, I have 3 water heaters, and 3 gas furnaces. The problem is in my 2nd floor apartment bath, the tub/shower barely has hot water, it's more warm at best, but the sink in the bathroom is very hot. I check the water heater and it's on, and I set it to the highest, still the same problem. Any suggestions on what the problem maybe.
