Hi, have an indirect hot water cylinder, with boiler set to constant hot water, hot water runs out in 5 mins when showering. Flow and return to coil are both very hot, heating appears to be working fine if switched on. Used to be able to have many showers before water went cold, so this is a recent development.

It's broken.
I would guess the pipework feeding the cylinder coil is blocked so no
circulation going on and therefore very little heating effect.
If you have gravity circulation possible air lock at top of coil.
