i had a loft conversion, started by a cowboy, more or less finished by myself.
the loft en-suite has no hot water to basin.
i have a back boiler behind chimney brest in dining room, doubt i`ll get hot water from that system.
would a combi boiler be able to pump hot water to 1st and second floors with enough pressure
cheers

depends on the pressure/flow of the incoming mains

if its only for a basin why not have a point of use or small undersink heater fitted

was thinking of having a combi fitted anyway

Combis are not the best option other than for a flat where there is not way to have tanks in the loft or for a very compact house.

Two people drawing water at the same time and the flow rate and therefore temperatue of hot water will change.
