Hi... first post and I've got no experience with maintenance or repair on boilers. So would appreciate any advice.
My combi boiler is a Chaffoteaux & Maury Minima 35 HE (MX2 GREEN 35).
The boiler works fine for the hot water. Ignites fine.. heats fine... temperature control on boiler works fine. Unfortunately nothing for the central heating. Turning the dial to turn on the radiators does nothing.. no noises.. no ignition.. no heating up... just dead. We dont use the programable timer just turn them on when we need them.
I've done a bit of reading about this and it would seem to be a valve issue (3 point valve?) Or maybe the switch on the control panel to turn the radiators on is faulty? Any ideas on how I can temp fix to get a bit of heat... or should I call someone out and replace parts?
