ive got a combi boiler, the hot water for the bath goes tepid after only filling a third of the way, the rest of the water in the house is fine, i have a 28kw boiler and it feeds 9 rads, any ideas what prob is ??

On the limited info (could still do with a model) its your HW thermistor if it has one or your Plate Heat Exchanger again if it has one.
