hotpoint 9573

Hi, i own a hotpoint 9573 electronic 800 super. It goes through all the cycles except the spin cycle it's an old machine but it's been a good one. Anybody know why it's stopped spinning?

probably needs new motor brushes

Thanks for replying. Can i do this , ie can i buy the brushes and fit them myself?

yes, get genuine hotpoint laminated brushes and read the instructions on the bag
