i have a hotpoint aquarious WF000 which is sticking in the program and stays filled with water.works if i move it manually.any idea where the problem could be.also does any1 know how to remove the filter to clean. could this problem be the brushes?

hi, i,m no expert but it sounds like the pump isnt operating,maybe something jammed in it like a coin etc.you would have to remove it and check it.ive had problems before with our washer and found the same thing
