Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher

Hi, I am new to the site and need some advice about my dishwasher which is leaving a "grit" and not cleaning properly. I have cleaned the filter, cleaned the washer with as proprietary cleaner on a full cycle and filled the rinse aid chamber.I have checked the water in mid cycle and it seems to be heating ok so guess there must be a fault elsewhere, any help or advice please ?

Spray arms blocked. Or sand in water supply.
