Hi i wonder if you guys can help?
I have a hotpoint FDW60 which after a cycle the other day i discovered the bottom full of water and the dishes not clean. I have removed and cleaned all the filters but still the same problem. I done some research and opened the bottom and cleaned out the drain pump. Still getting the same problem. So i decided to replace the drain pump, and im still getting the same problem except when i first start the machine i can hear the new drain pump draining out the water, but after 5 minutes the machine stops working and is filled with water again. It doesn't sound like water is jetting into the machine, but must be as its always full after i attempt a new wash. Any ideas?
