Hello all, first post so please be gentle 
My washer/dryer decided to pack up this afternoon. The fault code I'm getting is Drying High Heat, Reduce Creases and Time Saver blinking (that is LED 1, 2, and 4 as you look at them from top down on the left hand side) and the On/Off LED blinking rapidly.

Please can someone confirm that this is an F13 error, and how they are able to translate the LEDs to the correct error code?
I'd found this: http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/help-and-advice/error-codes/ but wasn't able to figure out the error code.
