I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WF541 which is leaking water from the front ( I think). I remember an appliance engineer calling out a while back when I had the same problem and If I remember correctly he took off the lower front casing at the bottom of the machine and removed the white plactic cap in the lower right hand corner and I think he removed the blockage from there. I have tried removing this cap by turning it anti-clockwise but it doesn't seem to want to come off. Can anyone advise me of the correct technique to remove this cap
