Hotpoint Aquarius WMA34 - Very Noisy!

Hello

My Hotpoint Aquarius WMA34 is about 3 and a half years old, but has started to make a strange noise!

We think it's doing it when draining and filling, and it sounds like the water is under great pressure - although nothing has changed.

It still washes fine.

I'd be grateful of any suggestions!

If the drum bearings have not been renewed yet they are due to fail any day now....

get hotpoint out for £95. they will honour their five year parts warranty and replace the entire washtub and drum etc. with this you should be getting a modified version less likely to fail. incidentaly if the tub has been leaking water on to the motor you should try for a replacement of that as well. this is one of the few occasions where the parts warranty is worth the rip-off price of fitting them.
