sorry i don't know what f13 means but i'd guess that the dryer isn't heating. if it's not then above the heater unit behind the back panel you should find two small thermostats. the one on the right is a thermal cutout. they used to be resettable but last few years they're not. try to see if the is continuity across the terminals. if not and you can't get a replacement you can try drilling a very small hole dead centre. very very carefuly. once through the stat case you can gently insert a pin until you hear a click. once done the stat is reset and should work. of course all of this should only be done with it unplugged and only if it's not heating.
