Hotpoint DF41W Dishwasher problem

Hello,

I've got a Hotpoint DF41W dishwasher.
On first switch on the LCD displays "No Heat" with an alarm bell symbol, on all programs.
On run it goes through a program and stops part way through with an alarm beep and the water is cold.

I have checked the Heating element and all the Stats which are ok.
The Thermistor is reading 44K ohms at ambient temp. But not sure if this is an ok reading?

I can't find any info out there. The only manual I can find is only the installation instructions.

Any help or pointers would be great.
