Hotpoint DF62x dishwasher

can anyone help please i have the hotpoint df62x dishwasher but every time we put our plates and cutlery in to wash some on the plates and glasses come out still dirty, the machine goes through the washing process but does not wash them well

When you say they come out dirty, do you mean unwashed? or coated in a gritty substance?

i think they are not being washed properly.

Clean out the filters and check the spray arms for blockages.
If all is clean and spray arms clear then it can be either lack of water or faulty wash pump.
