Hi,

Before I delve into ordering a new part, a little history.

Have had a HP DWT10 for a number of years and have regularly tipped it up and taken off the pump at the bottom and emptied out the normal grapefruit and orange pip and it has worked OK after that.

However this morning when I went to use the machine it made a slightly clunking noise (as if geared cogs were slipping) and now instead of the normally emptying of the machine noise I get a slight hum and no noise.

I assume the motor has packed up, as I didn't get any flashing warning codes that I do with a pump blockage?

S

Check the pump for a blockage and then on the back of circulation pump is a little slot in between a coil spring see if it turns with no resistant.
