hotpoint dishwasher.

Hi.folks.
In need of some help, I have a hotpoint dishwasher aquarius fwd60 . the problem is the table housing does not open and the table is still intacked and not wet. any ideas as to fualt.

Does the arms move , are they blocked , is the ring nut perished at the back of the tub this is found when u push the top basket back into the locating hole.
