Hello, my motor bearings have failed in my trusty Electra (GDA) washer type 17050E. It is fitted with the 904/1153/03 motor rated 1000rpm spin.
Ive tried to get a replacement armature/brush kit but my usual people say the motor & spares are long obsolete and I'd have to fit the FHP motor and adapter kit which is just less than a new washer.
Does anyone still supply armatures for these? I'd replace the bearings but the pulleys on these are a bugger to remove intact.
The last time I bought an armature was from HRS, they were around 18 quid! No longer!!!
