Hotpoint RFA52 Problem

Hi guys,

I have Hotpoint Iced Diamond RFA52 fridge/freezer 15 months old.

Three days ago it stopped cooling completely. Everything in the freezer compartments defrosted.

I could feel no cold air at all, but I could hear the compressor running.

When I switched the f/f on yesterday it begun to cool. However after a few hours it stopped again (again I can hear the fridge running(

Any ideas? Can it be the thermostat?
