hotpoint swd80 slimline dishwasher

can anyone help on this matter
i have the above and a error code al03 has come up i searched the net and it suggested the pump or drain hose was blocked both of these are ok i did notice that the impella on the pump did not move freely is this ment to as i dont know when i put it all back together and put in on a 12 min cycle it got to 2 mins then the code came back on

help appreciated

right work this out to go with the problem
the machine is plugged into the socket turned on the machine is off it starts to do a normal wash nothing shows up on the display panel until al03
can anyone help
