Hello,
We have a Hotpoint Aquarius TCM570 condenser tumbler dryer, approx. 3-1/2 years old. For all of the last 5 uses, it has stopped spinning somewhere around approx. 40-50 minutes (out of an approx. 120-140 minute, low heat, run). It still makes a normal humming noise like the motor is running, it's just no longer spinning. To get it spinning again, we stop it (open the door) and wait a little bit (it won't start again immediately). One thing to note maybe is that we think the clothes feel too hot (even though we try to catch when it has stopped spinning right away). It will start up again fine after about 10 min or so of waiting and finish without a problem.
Any help with what to check and/or try replacing would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Amy
