Hotpoint tumble dryer, help please!

Hi everyone, I have a hotpoint condenser tumble dryer. The problem is it isn't blowing out any hot air! It spins round (so can't be drum?), I have emptied the water, cleaned the fluff from the filter, moved all the fluff that amounts from behind it but still no hot air! It is under 2 years old. We didn't take out an extended warranty and really don't want to have to pay someone loads to come out and sort it. Any idea's on how to sort it myself would be gratefully accepted!! no.

if it is blowing cold air it means one of two things, the heating element has gone, or the overheat protection stat has gone. (probably casued by filter not being cleaned out)

cure, get a hotpoint engineer out. parts are free (well they were) on all hotpoint appliances for 5 years from date of manufacture
