I have a Hotpoint Ultima and on a large load the water gushes out the soap drawer mainly on the first spin. My husband checked the pump and outlet hose from the drum and found a colour catcher sheet, we thought this would cure the problem but it hasn't and water is still pouring out the drawer. Can anyone help please.
