The detergent dispenser on the subject appliance does not open during the cycle. I have purchased a dispenser opening repair set from Hotpoint [£14]. Would this be the only problem or should I be looking at other things whilst it is stripped? It appears that I 'simply' have to remove the 10 peripheral Torx screws & the 4 hinge Torx screws to get access to the dispenser - is this right? Any advice gratefully received.[/i]
