hotpoint ultima WT741 (cold fill) is only washing cold

hotpoint ultima WT741 (cold fill) is only washing cold

No error code is showing and a cycle runs as normal on each setting, yet recently clothes are only being washed in cold water. How can I fix this?

Replace the heater. Once you tested it.

Thanks. Is it the heater element I'm replacing? Can you provide me a link/instructions as to how?

Remove the rear lower panel. Heater is in the back of the drum , 3 wires attatched to it and 2 small thin wires. It's held in with a 8 mm nut undo nut and pull out.
