Hotpoint Washing machine just keeps filling with water

Hi All

We have a hotpoint WF560 Washing machine that just keeps filling with water also the Prewash light keeps flashing

Anybody got any ideas what the problem is

Check the Presure pipe has not come off.

Could you tell me where I can find the pressure pipe please just so I can look in the right area

Remove the lid. It's either on the back left by the dispenser or on the front right. It a long clear or black tube that goes to the drum and connected to Presure switch on the top.

any other ideas what it is as pressure pipe is still on and I have changed the pressure switch but still the same
