Had this machine just over 2 years the door lock clicked about four times with the door open and the machine not in use. We then used the machine and the door locked light is illuminated and am unable to open the door. I have switched off at the mains and back on after 10 mins no change and put the washing through another cycle still the door is locked, any body know how to get the door open and remedy this fault.
