Hotpoint WD440 flashing lights problem - PCB??

HI,

When I press the ON button ALL lights flash and then settle down after about a minute of flashing. Once I load the machine and press start all lights flash when drum spins. It completes the selected cycle ok, but the lights are starting to flash longer now. I had read somewhere that the main PCB needs replacing? Can some give me some advice on what could be causing this and how to replace the PCB?

pcb found at the rear of mc ,remove rear white panel its tucked in the corner ex pcb from here , http://www.emwelec.co.uk/
