hotpoint wd640 Washer/Dryer- dryer not drying!!

Please can sum1 help me. My washer/dryer has seized drying my clothes.The washer is working perfect, the clothes are washed fine but wen i cum to dry them they are still wet. I know it's got to be sumfin to do with the heater but like i sed the washer is heating the water up wen washing the clothes so y isn't this happening wen i dry the clothes. plz can sum1 help!!!!

Water heating is from an element at the bottom. Dryer is from an element at the top.
You'll need to meter the elements and the thermostats as a starting point.

Excuse me, like i sed i'm new to this!!! I wouldn't know wot is was. If maybe it was explained then i would know.
