Hotpoint WDL520G Flashing lights

We have a Hotpoint WDL520G washer/dryer. After about ten minutes of operation, all five indicator lights start flashing rapidly (no error code sequence). This goes on for a few minutes and then it shuts down and releases the door catch. The same thing happens on both wash and dry programmes. Can anyone suggest a likely cause?

Whats the lights on the right hand side doing when it errors.

Hi. thanks for your response. All five indicator lights are flashing in sync.

I think the LEDs up the right hand side just show the red door lock light lit
