HOTPOINT WM 540

hotpoint wm540 door light flashing,turn machine on and the door locks but does not show door light on panel then after a few minutes the door light starts flashing.

Also check motor brushes poss worn.

tryed new door catch and a different motor,now the door lock locks and the door light shows on the main panel but after about 20 seconds the pump starts up and the forth button down startes flashing,the motor still wont run.
