Hotpoint WM62 No Power Will Not Work

Hi, Can anyone help i have a wm62 washing machine it went off during a wash cycle i've Manualy got water out but now the power light dos'nt come on and machine dos'nt work yet there is power to machine checked supply coming into machine also had alook at interlock and found live on N & L Yet nothing on C but when i shorted the L & C out on the interlock the machine powered up is the interlock faulty.
