Hotpoint WM66 (exclusive model)

I want to remove the timer knob for this machine. Do I just pull the knob free from the timer shaft or is it held in place by a hidden screw somewhere?

I dont know the machine, but generaly timer knobs pull off

I think it was a model produced only for comet stores but it was the same as Hotpoint aquarious models WM63/64 but a variation between the two.

WM range control knobs do just pull off if only 3/4 years old.
