Hotpoint WMA 10 Problem plz help !!!!!

Hi to all just bought 2nd hand Hotpoint WMA 10 washing machine it was working fine till yesterday, the door lock light does not now come on and the door refuses to lock, cant get any of the cycles to work , check brushes they are ok any ideas
