Hotpoint wma 58

Hi , We have a Hotpoint WMA 58 washing machine when it starts to spin the drum bangs on the side, and it moves allover the place, the floor is level and i have some anti- vibration pads under the four corners and it still moves . Has anyone any ideas ????

Check the pegs are not out of the suspension legs.

Thanks Rocks, Where are the pegs as i cant see them, when you move the drum from the top you can see the suspension legs move up and down.

Tip it back the two arms bolted to the base should have the pegs slotted in at the top of the suspension.

Make sure the concrete weights are not loose.
