hotpoint wma48 lights flashing wil fill n empt, no drum turn

Hi, I need help. I have a hotpoint aquarius wma48 and the drum is not turning. It will fill and empty, but all the lights flash in sequence. I have checked the back for waste products, just a hair clip and sweet wrapper. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. My washing is pilling up.
