Hi all I have a hotpoint wmd960 8kg 1600 rpm which is showing up an f11 fault on a wash program or just on a spin. I thought this was a pump issue but been told its a communication fault with board. I have changed the pump and cleaned out sump pipe and checked there is 240 running to pump but just doesn't seem to kick pump in. Has anyone got any ideas where to look next? Cheers oli
Just one other thing I can't seem to get it in to test mode. Not sure if it's just me not doing it right or if this is connected to my problem
