Hotpoint WT540 drive belt keeps coming off

Hi,any help will be appreciated.

the drive belt on my hotpoint wt540 keeps keeps coming off the pulley,i have replaced the belt but no matter how many times i refit the belt it comes off as soon as the drum turns.

Any ideas?

Are the idler rolls on the belt tensioner assy. ok?

Sounds like the drum bearings have collapsed.
