Hi, I had my hotpoint wt721 washing machine bearings replaced by an engineer yesterday. The machine works well once again however I've noticed that the door seal is different and the paddles inside are different as well. I think the drum has also been changed and I'm wondering if this would be usual practice? My machine has some bashes on the side. The paddles are different as mine had 3 notches on them however replacement ones do not. Do you have any comments?

not experienced but as a customer i'd think its odd to have those done. do the parts look new?
should just be the bearings thats replaced. the job's a big one.
