My alarm system, the 'Karizma plus' with all the bells and whistles, has developed a minor fault. Having been turned off at the fusebox and then turned back on, the code was then inserted to stop the alarm going. Once silenced the display now displays an error message. To my suprise I am advised that I need a specialist in to activate the alarm again as Honeywell (as they are now) offers no support for end users!!!
Agreed it may be a smart piece of kit but this seems like a sure fire way to burn cash?
Is anyone familiar with this system and can offer any advice? Or am I destined to have an alarm specialist on fastdial for evermore?
