House Alarm PIR's constantly flashing?

Hello
My C&K C023-203 house alarm when off last night for as far as i can see no reason.
After it went off i could not reset it as i normally do so i had to leave it off.
Now when i try to set the alarm it goes off as if it is being triggered.
I have had the power off to the alarm and disconnected the battery, checked all the wires and fuses and all is ok. fuses good and battery strong.
Basically i have 3 PIR's and all are flashing constantly even without any movement. I believe this is why the alarm will not set properly but do not know why they are flashing?
Can anyone offer any advise?

it sounds as tho you have a failed PIR sensor

you have already powered the system down and powered it back up again
with no change??

then if this does not fix it and as you said you have checked fuses, battery etc etc.
change the PIR they are not expensive

this should fix it

another thing you could do.........
link out the sensors wiring at the panel, or OMIT the sensor during setting this should prove the panel as well
just to be on the safe side
