The loo must be behind one of those doors (presumably not the one blocked by the bath!), maybe the part-open one.
Last time we were house-hunting (very many years ago), we saw several with baths in bedrooms, at least one or two of which also had an 'exposed' loo in the room.
Likely to be problems with the smoke detector in that bedroom as well - most do not work well in high humidity and the optical ones can be triggered by it.
Whole place is one of those 'all money spent - no thought given' types.
Heat? detector in the kitchen - and another detector on the sloping roof a short distance away.
Gloss black kitchen obviously never used for any cooking, those doors will show every finger mark, spots of grease and everything else.
Kitchen sink with wall cupboards directly above it.
Hob with rack of tools directly above it.
Fridge / freezer suspiciously absent.
Use of kitchen breakfast bar compromised by position of sofa.
Towel rail directly above toilet so towels can fall down into the toilet, also appears to be in the way of the cupboard door opening. Not that there are any towels in there - place appears to be staged (badly) and no one actually lives there.
Conservatory looks like a tacked on afterthought and is just a corridor to the garden. Also is glass to the floor so will have no heating, and there are no roof blinds visible either so it will be frozen in the winter and blazing hot in summer.
