How did I manage to break my combi moving the water pipes?

Hi,

So it seems I’ve really messed things up I had the pipes to the bathroom taps running along the wall so I decided to move them under the floorboards tidying things up.

I turn the boiler back on and now I only have cold water coming out both taps. Heating is fine. If i leave the hot tap on (in bathroom or kitchen) the boiler makes a noise but the normal heating water symbol does not appear.

If the heating has been on a while I’ll get a little hot water when I turn on the hot tap but it soon goes cold.

What on earth have I done? Its a worcester 30i combi

sounds like you have mixed up the hot and cold going in to the boiler put the heating on and run a tap and feel the two water pipes under the boiler and see which is warmest to see if you have crossed them

Ian you star! thats exactly what I've done what an idiot! I may even be able to get this sorted before the missus gets back and nobody be any the wiser Cheers
