How do I open Soda Syphon ?

Hi all,
I have an old fashioned glass soda syphon. I need to open it to repair the centre glass tube.

Anyone know how to get into these things please ?

Can't help you, myself but Adcocks Drinks Company still fill and also repair syphons.
